Enexya at EnerGaïa Forum 2025: Exploring the Future of PV + Energy Storage

Enexya joined EnerGaïa Forum 2025 in Montpellier, France, bringing its energy storage solutions to one of France’s leading professional events for the renewable energy industry.

Held on 10–11 December 2025, EnerGaïa brought together more than 560 exhibitors and 22,600 professionals, with participants representing 61 countries. As France’s professional forum dedicated to renewable energy, the event provides an important meeting point for manufacturers, developers, installers, decision-makers and other stakeholders shaping the energy transition.

For Enexya, the two-day event was an opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners and customers, meet new professionals from across the European energy ecosystem, and exchange perspectives on the evolving relationship between solar PV and battery energy storage.

From Solar Generation to PV + Storage

As renewable energy deployment continues across Europe, the conversation is increasingly moving beyond how electricity is generated to how it can be stored, managed and used more intelligently.

This evolution was clearly reflected in many of the discussions at EnerGaïa Forum 2025.

Commercial and industrial users are exploring battery storage for a growing range of applications — from increasing the use of on-site solar generation to peak management, load shifting and greater energy flexibility.

Rather than considering PV and storage as separate technologies, more projects are looking at how generation, battery storage, site consumption and intelligent energy management can work together as an integrated energy system.

For Enexya, this is an important part of the next stage of the European energy transition.

Enexya Joins the Conversation on the Future of PV + Storage

Beyond the exhibition floor, EnerGaïa also provided a platform for industry discussion around the future of renewable energy and storage.

During the Forum, Jérôme Bersano, Managing Director of Enexya, participated in the round-table discussion:

“2026: The Year of the Rise of PV + Storage?”

The session explored several of the key questions shaping the market — including the maturity of energy storage technologies, relevant real-world use cases, market readiness, and the role European players can play as solar and battery storage become increasingly interconnected.

The discussion highlighted an important development across the industry: as solar deployment grows, energy storage is becoming an increasingly relevant part of the conversation around how renewable electricity can be integrated and managed more effectively.

For commercial and industrial projects in particular, the combination of PV, battery storage and intelligent energy management can create new possibilities for managing on-site generation and electricity demand with greater flexibility.

Flexible C&I Energy Storage from Enexya

At EnerGaïa Forum 2025, Enexya also presented its approach to flexible and scalable C&I energy storage.

Our solutions are designed to address different project sizes and operating requirements, combining battery energy storage technology with intelligent energy management.

With qubM and qubL, Enexya provides C&I energy storage options for applications ranging from compact commercial installations to projects requiring greater power and energy capacity.

Combined with an Energy Management System developed with SIREA, these solutions can support the coordination of battery storage, solar generation, site loads and the grid according to the requirements of each project.

This system-level approach reflects Enexya’s focus on flexibility, intelligent control and practical integration for European energy storage applications.

Connecting with the European Energy Ecosystem

Throughout the two-day event, the Enexya team had valuable conversations with developers, installers, customers and project partners from France and across Europe.

Many of these discussions focused on C&I energy storage solutions, project requirements and real-world use cases, providing useful insight into how different customers and markets are approaching the integration of storage.

From conversations at the Enexya booth to the round-table discussion on the future of PV + Storage, EnerGaïa Forum 2025 highlighted the growing importance of energy storage within Europe’s renewable energy ecosystem.

We would like to thank everyone who visited the Enexya team, exchanged ideas and contributed to the discussions in Montpellier.

We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting new PV + storage projects across France and Europe.
